Facilitators
Are you a current pastor, missionary, teacher, or just someone with a heart for training? We are seeking qualified individuals to donate their time, expertise, and experience to facilitating intensive leadership modules in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Prayer Team
While observing the current state of the world, FTL has been challenged to think, plan, and pray in ways we never have before. The Christian leaders we work with serve in some difficult and dangerous places. While this oftentimes feels heavy, we are also able to pull back the curtain and witness God still at work. FTL reports from the field have both encouraged and prompted us to continue the hard-yet-rewarding work of cultivating competent Christ-centered leaders in regions around the world that need it most.
